Atlas Event Rental has been the leading luxury event rental company in South Florida for nearly 40 years. With locations in Boynton Beach, Miami, and Stuart, we are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our growing team!

What You Will Be Doing

In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for maintaining the high-end showroom for daily client use while servicing customers in a polite, helpful, friendly, and professional manner, whether in person, on the phone, or in written communication. Clients will need assistance with product selection, quotes, orders, and order adjustments.

Additional Tasks Include:

• Assist outside sales representative with all inquiries and order entries
• Prepare rental forms and contracts. Obtain customer signature and other required information.
• Maintain sales contract from beginning to end including payment and delivery logistics
• Explain rental fees and provides information about rented items, such as operation or description. Also explains damage waiver options.
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Recommend rental equipment to customers that best meets their needs.
• Ensure all outside sales representative orders are correct with all pertinent information
• Maintain a clean showroom: arrange showroom displays, and keep shelves organized, stocked, and clean.
• Keep an inventory on sales merchandise and advise the supervisor of low levels of merchandise.
• Assist customers with the loading and unloading of equipment when necessary. May also need to demonstrate the safety features and operational features of the equipment.
• Accept delivery and in-store returns and place them in the appropriate area for inspection.
• Continually learn the entire rental inventory
• Inform management of difficulties with deliveries or pickups.
• Communicate with Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory
• Report safety violations to the supervisor.
• Fill in for other positions, when necessary, for the smooth operation of the business.
• Network with other industry professionals.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in written or verbal form.
• Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in the store.
• Attend department, staff, and safety meetings.
• Performs other duties as requested.

• Basic computer skills including the ability to learn and adapt to new software. Training on rental software will be provided
• Strong English language skills. The ability to speak other languages is a plus
• Event industry experience is not required but is a plus
